Quick and Easy Meatloaf
- 2 lbs. lean ground turkey
- 1C salsa
- 1C regular oatmeal
- 10T ketchup
- Cooking spray
- Muffin tin
Heat oven to 350. Coat cups of muffin tin with cooking spray and set aside. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, salsa, and oats. Form into 10 balls and place in muffin tin. Top each mini loaf with 1T of ketchup and bake for 15 – 20 minutes (baking times may vary between ovens). Serves 10. Per serving: 136.9 calories, 22.3g protein, 7.9g carbs, and 1.8g fat
Apple Pie Shake
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Mix
- 8oz. Skim Milk or Soy Milk
- 1/2 Tart Apple (cored and cut into chunks)
- 1/2T Brown Sugar Splenda
- 1t Cinnamon
- Ice
Blend well . . . Mmmmmm!!!
Allotta Collatta Shake
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Mix
- 8 oz. Skim Milk or Soy Milk
- 1 small can pineapple (with juice)
- 2t Coconut Extract
- Ice
Blend together and enjoy!!!
