Quick and Easy Meatloaf

  • 2 lbs. lean ground turkey
  • 1C salsa
  • 1C regular oatmeal
  • 10T ketchup
  • Cooking spray
  • Muffin tin

Heat oven to 350. Coat cups of muffin tin with cooking spray and set aside. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, salsa, and oats. Form into 10 balls and place in muffin tin. Top each mini loaf with 1T of ketchup and bake for 15 – 20 minutes (baking times may vary between ovens). Serves 10. Per serving: 136.9 calories, 22.3g protein, 7.9g carbs, and 1.8g fat

Apple Pie Shake

  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Mix
  • 8oz. Skim Milk or Soy Milk
  • 1/2 Tart Apple (cored and cut into chunks)
  • 1/2T Brown Sugar Splenda
  • 1t Cinnamon
  • Ice 

Blend well . . . Mmmmmm!!! 

Allotta Collatta Shake

  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Mix
  • 8 oz. Skim Milk or Soy Milk
  • 1 small can pineapple (with juice)
  • 2t Coconut Extract
  • Ice 

Blend together and enjoy!!!
